Extra Space Storage

We urgently needed a parking space for our enclosed trailer but one was not available anywhere and after running around Naples and dealing with other storage places trying to get a spot, we decided to give up. Richawn called us back and worked her magic and after giving up on other storage facilities for lack of space or strict requirements, we were able to get a spot right in front of our storage unit! We felt so lucky! Richawn and staff at this location are so amazing! We had just gotten a unit here two weeks ago and now we also have a parking spot at this location. I can't brag enough about the customer service here and the VIP treatment. I recommend anyone looking for a secure place to store your things and to get the top notch level of service, I advise you to Cubesmart at Bonita. Call and ask for Richawn. She is the best!

Richawn helped us with our unit. She was absolutely wonderful! The facility is amazing and in a convenient location with easy access. The pricing is also great! The facility is also very secure. Also, they?re open on Sundays to help you, unlike other storage locations who are closed on weekends when people actually move. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a reasonably priced space for their storage needs.

This is KC, Richawn Cranor and Jessalea Peterson was very Friendly, greeted me as soon as i walked in the door... 2 amazing employees, very polite and very helpful from the time i got there til i left.... Will def recommend this place
