Extra Space Storage

Space and service were as advertised. This space was used for business use and had no issues with billing or otherwise.

My experience with extra space storage has been amazing. All due to Alijah! She is communicative, understanding and quick to respond to any concerns I have had. She brought ease of mind when the company switched over and had the utmost professionalism! Overall a wonderful experience. It makes me feel very comfortable to know my valuables are cared for and respected by this facility. If you are looking for a place to rent storage space, call and ask for James or Alijah and enjoy an easy, well-rounded experience!!

I had to move out of my 5x10 due to moving and Alijah is amazing. I couldn’t get my lock to open (it broke my key!) and they quickly opened it for us. Alijah was so patient and accommodating even when I had poor cell phone reception and made a few mistakes/misunderstood some details. I so appreciated her help as moving out of my unit stressed me out. Give Alijah a raise!! ?

I rented a unit on Ben White. They gave me a good rate but they increased the rent by 65% after 3 months. That facility is three stories tall and most of the units require unloading and moving to your unit via the elevator. They provide 2 4 wheeled carts to help with that. My unit did not have an interior light which was inconvenient when loading or unloading.
