    4 star bc nothing exceptional (yet) but we had a great 1st meeting with Arsenio. We explained what we were looking for. He drove us through the units & showed various sizes & locations. He offered advice & was very detailed about various prices & how availability generally works. We are changing storage locations due to the price hike. Extra Space offers almost half the price & better access hours. Arsenio was extremely friendly & even personable with his own experiences. Grateful to feel welcomed & in good hands.

    The staff has worked really well with us as we plan to close out our storage space while being 1,400 miles away. Arsenio in particular has gone out of his way to assist and to minimize our costs.
