Extra Space Storage

Extra Space storage in Wauwatosa is awesome! The entry door is tall and wide and easy to access. The carts are amazing to have when loading and unloading. The elevator is a very convenient feature and the hours are great. Customer service has also been very good and helpful. CONS: I am not a fan of paying $20 for a cylinder lock that my son will likely never use again. I also suggest that some adjustment be made to allow customers to remain in ther vehicles when entering the access code for entry...this is very difficult for persons with disabilities and also a bit unnerving to have to exit one's vehicle when alone on a dark night.

Ashley is the BEST!! She helped me through a rough time and found me the perfect unit at the best possible pricing. What a gal!

Had an apartment fire (not our fault) and had to find a place to store what could be salvaged and Ashley was wonderful to work with. I could see the smile right through the phone it truly was nice during this difficult time. Thanks Ashley.
