Extra Space Storage

Update 09/2023 Mostly clean, safe, secure facility. Kind staff, 1 large elevator and dollys available. Different size units for all types of needs. Busiest time is the weekends and dollys, parking is scarce. Low introductory fee will get you in BUT the mothly fee will increase every 6-8 months (market price). I had a 2 bedroom unit for $190 then I downsized to 10x13 started $64-$147 plus you will need insurance or Extra Space will add their insurance premium to your monthly fee.

I recently had an interaction with Fran at the Milwaukee location on Mt. Vernon. Fran helped me resolve my issue quickly. She was friendly and efficient! Just an update I needed to make a change to my rental and Steven was very helpful. He helped me figure out what I wanted to do and got everything taken care of quickly.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Extra Space Storage! Tony was super helpful and knowledgeable with all the check out procedures, and even offered to sweep out the unit. Above and beyond!!! Thanks so much for a worry- free experience!
