I rented the unit about a month ago with jorge and he was very proffessional and informative about the terms. The extended hours are extremely convenient. I would recommend for anyone to rent at this property

Jorge and Walter were thorough, professional, and very helpful when they processed my new rental agreement at this Edgewater Public Storage. This is my second rental experience with Jorge, and both times have gone very smoothly. Never any issues with my storage unit.

The staff at the Public Storage on Broadway in Edgwater were very friendly and helpful. When moving in, they ensured that I understood the paperwork and were very efficient. The facility is clean and well maintained and easy to move in and out of. Since I work during the office hours, I am forced to do most of my moving when the office is closed. It would be nice if there was access to carts while the office is not open, but I am sure if the carts were not locked up they would be stolen and then there would be no carts at all.

I went to this Public Storage location to take inventory and remove items from a couple of storage units owned by a family member who had passed away. I dealt with Jorge Sanchez both over the phone and in person at the storage unit facility. He was awesome!!! He was very professional, helpful, accomodating and attentive to our needs. Also, the facility itself was very clean and well organized. Obviously, the reason for my visit was pretty grim, yet Jorge made the experience go so smoothly for my family - for that we are extremely grateful. I would highly recommend this facility!
