    Antonia was very helpful from the moment that we walked in. She was very accomadating with me and my fear of elevators & took us through the stairs with no complaints. There was never an awkward moment & it felt like we were old friends although we had just met within the hour. She also made the mounds of information for the storage unit very easy to understand.
