We were having difficulty signing up online so we decided to personally come in and ask for help. The gentleman that was at the help desk who is from Woodstock, Connecticut help us through the process and was able to make all the arrangements for us. There is no better way to do the process but by doing it in person. Although online is a convenience for some whenever the system fails to work in person service would still be the best option. This person went above and beyond to ensure we secure a storage. He should be commended for this as we have not have gotten further without his assistance. We had a long day with a lot of people who we talked through so I was not able to recall his name but what I know is that he work today. March 9,2023. Thank you so much!

Not much to say about a storage facility other than what truly matters. This public storage location has the friendliness staff of all the locations that I’ve visited. I love how everything is automated for convenience.
