I really want to thank the lady who took care of me her name was MARIEL. I book an appointment with them a week before the moving date and i accidentally was a little late for my appointment that was at 5pm and by accident i stop in the first location in 4801 s semoran and because it was 5:50 the lady said she coudn't take care of me because she was about to close, to go to another one. And i had the truck i rented and everything and i was so upset. And Mariel from this store THANK GOD she call me because i left a voice mail and she call her boss and ask her boss if u could stay a couple minutes because we where coming from TAMPA and they didn't want to take care of us!. and we had all of our stuff! Her boss said yes! and it was almost 6:15pm pass her closing time, but thanks to her we got our storage!!
