    I had a storage unit on the outside of the facility that started leaking and a representative from the facility took care of the issue and move me on the inside of the facility and kept my rate at the same price when speaking to her manager about the issue. Several of my items were destroyed in the insurance company would not cover it. Now that my items are on the inside of the of the facility and I have a new insurance company I feel much better knowing that my items will be safe.

    Being a first time storage unit customer, I was helping my elderly mother move a portion of her belongings as she moved to another city. Wanted to reserve one close to my home, Cube smart on Arapaho is the perfect size. not too large of a property that its overwhelming and reserving online and speaking to the office manager was easy and quick. The reasons I chose this company is because of the small size, the reasonable rate and the location.

    Monica and Catherine are awesome!!! Love this place.One of the the best storage facilities I have used. Wish prices were a bit more competative, and outside outlets would get fixed, but other than that, great place and I would highly recomend.
