Great customer service and super easy reserving my rental storage. Highly recommend!

Cleanliness/organization could be better I suppose, but the owner is so accommodating and sweet; she made a 45 minute drive after hours so that I could rent a unit and get my things moved in during an emergency situation. Definitely a fair price as well. She was also kind enough to go over all of the security information, any possible extra charges, and all other necessary information in depth even though it was already so late.

Love that there is an office and could get the unit when we were desperately looking for one. Autumn took great care of us. Price was high but at least I got the free month.
